● Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, and only applies if the product is new, in resalable condition, and all consumables and accessories are still unopened, with the original packaging and all packaging materials intact. Based on this, the product will be exchanged or refunded within 14 days.
● Products purchased online can be returned and/or exchanged via in-person pickup or delivery.
● Please ensure that the returned product(s) are accompanied by the order confirmation, a copy of the delivery note, and all accessories and free gifts.
● If you received a defective product (for example, one that was delivered with damaged or missing parts, or any other visible damage), it can be returned and exchanged, or you can receive a full refund upon approval.
Please note:
● The product(s) must be in their original, unopened packaging, with the original order confirmation, delivery note, accessories, and any free gifts included.
● If the customer paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to their account, and a confirmation email will be sent to them.
● If the customer paid in cash, the refund will be issued in cash.
● If the customer loses their invoice within 14 days, they can request a copy from our after-sales service team or contact us. A copy of the invoice will be emailed to them.
